A 43-year-old man suffered a brain bleed, a cervical neck fracture, and a broken left arm after crashing into a semi backing into a farm in rural Delaware County, Iowa. The semi-truck had covered both lanes of the highway and turned off his trailer vehicle lights in order to see better. He was airlifted to UIHC and was on life support for 5 days after the crash.
