$400,000 – Settlement for Injuries Suffered During Building Fire

A Marion, IA woman was left in a burning building after employees told the fire department that everyone was out. The exit door to the tanning salon was not locked, but she could not get out because the door was not working correctly. The fire was likely caused by the company using the wrong bulbs in the tanning beds. Our client suffered lung damage, 2nd degree burns and a hand injury from trying to escape.
