What Is ABOTA?

The American Board of Trial Advocates is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to protecting and promoting the Seventh Amendment right to a civil jury trial. ABOTA members are chosen by invitation only and must demonstrate a high level of trial experience, professionalism, and integrity in the courtroom.

Sam’s induction into ABOTA places him among an elite group of advocates. He becomes the fifth Iowa personal injury attorney at RSH Legal to receive this honor.

About Attorney Sam Wooden

Sam focuses his practice on helping injured Iowans get the help they need after being injured through no fault of their own. His ABOTA membership is a reflection of years of hard work, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

Please join the entire RSH Legal team in congratulating attorney Sam Wooden on this well-deserved recognition.
