Tom is a trial attorney who specializes in employment disputes. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in employment law matters to our firm. He has been selected by The Best Lawyers in America as a 2020 Lawyer of the Year for Litigation – Labor and Employment and Employment Law.
Tom grew up in Iowa City, attended law school at the University of Iowa, and practiced law in Des Moines for 33 years. He returned to Eastern Iowa in 2017. Tom has a wife, Dana, to whom he has been married nearly 30 years. They have three sons – Ryan, Tyler, and Ethan.
